What Your Next Remodel Needs to Include

We live and breath the remodel/new build construction world and have seen it all, well, not all of it, but a good amount! We’ve gathered the most popular upgrade items and unique features to add that are actually worth it. These are things we currently have in our home and things we will definitely be adding next time around. Both practical and aesthetic must haves!

Shower hand held

These not only make cleaning the shower so much easier but are a really nice feature to have.

Panel-ready dishwasher, refer, micro.

I love this idea because it not only hides your appliances but it also makes your kitchen look super clean.

Outlets in the eaves for Christmas lights!

This is a brilliant little detail that makes all the difference when it comes time to hang up your lights.

Gas stubs

This will for sure be on the top of the list for our next project must have. In the summer, we live outside next to our fire table and to be able to hook it up to a gas stub without having to replace the propane tank every month would save so much time and money in the long run.

Recessed niche in shower

We are obsessed with this! We love having a built in shelf in our shower for all our products. This totally is both a practical and pretty feature.

Cat 6 throughout

We are bummed we didn’t add this last time around because this really would improve our wifi service from room to room.
